ONLINE COURSE
It has been correctly said that “managers manage the status quo and leaders are required when something needs to be Created, Changed or Improved.”
Excellence in an unstable business environment will require true Leadership.
You’ll work module-by-module to identify what will be required for radical results in the rapidly changing and “Unstable” business environment of the future.
My goal is to provide you with the tools and opportunities to create a sustainable, responsive environment in your organization. I want you to see with new eyes a picture of future organizational success and define with clarity those factors for your organization that release or limit your responsiveness and “maneuverability”.

TRAINING
COACH DEVELOPMENT
As a certified Coach Supervisor (CLC-S)/Advanced Trainer, we are passionate about developing other coaches, mentors and educators as well as leaders. We help instructors achieve better results by developing facilitative and coaching tools to enhance their classroom or practical instruction. We also develop other coaches by helping them with tools that enhance the ability to draw out from the “client” the solutions that are hidden but already present in the client.
E-LEARNING
EXPERT FACILITATIVE COACHING (XFC)
XFC brings together two team members that are experiencing conflict and impacting the team negatively. It facilitates the members to resolve and overcome those conflicts with a more open insight into not only the conflict and it’s Impact on Business (IOB), but also the solutions. It has been shown to help them to rapidly return to effectiveness.
ASSESSMENTS -
Understanding the WHAT, the WHY, and the HOW
E-LEARNING
Coaching for Relevance partners together with Innermetrix, a top worldwide company, utilizing the best and most consistent assessments in the world. These Assessments are confidential and the most user friendly assessments available. Together, they are very successful in enhancing one’s understanding of WHAT is the central aspect that drives the behavior, the “WHY” that motivates the behavior and “HOW” the behavior is displayed.
ATTRIBUTE INDEX
The Attribute Index forms the “WHAT” and is based on Dr. Robert S. Hartman’s work and relates how humans apply value to life and on what basis. As a young boy in the fledging Nazi, Germany; Dr. Hartman observed first-hand the handiwork of the Nazi’s and this got him to ask the question “What is Good?” and this started him on a life-long study of how humans apply or categorize what is “Good” and how we apply Meaning. He studied how our brains work and finally, he sought to understand how we perceive the world around us.
To answer these questions scientifically, he applied mathematics to the issue, and thus he created a new science; that of Axiology (The Study of Meaning). Axiology is unique in that it is the only social science that has a 1-1 relationship between a field of mathematics. Consequently, this is the only assessment that is Deductive, rather than inductive in its approach. What this means is that the results flow directly from the responses.
The Attribute Index can be tailored to the client’s goals and can be focused on areas and while not a complete list, they include:
• Professional Leadership
• Personal Leadership
• Customer Loyalty
• Entrepreneurship and Strategic Thinking
• Time Management Strategies
• Sales
VALUES Index (VI)
The Values Index forms the “WHY” and is the latest interpretation of the work of Drs. Eduard Spranger & Gordon Allport and their study of human Value, Motivation and Drive.
It is the most contemporary interpretation of these theories available in the market today. It helps people to better understand their unique value hierarchy or belief system pertaining to what motivates them. It assesses motivations over 7 dimensions of value including:
• Aesthetic
• Altruistic
• Economic
• Individualistic
• Political
• Regulatory
• Theoretical
DISC Index (DI)
This DISC index forms the “HOW” and is the latest interpretation of Dr. William Marston’s foundational work in the field of behavioral science. The DI helps people better understand their unique behavioral strengths and tendencies, and helps them become more effective in several key areas of their life.
• Decisive
• Interactive
• Stabilizing
• Cautious
Each of us have all the dimensions but a vary across the spectrum of dimensions. Experience has shown that these Index Assessments are very successful in helping team members begin to see some for the aspects of their team dynamics that can be holding back their success.
If you schedule an assessment either through the Coaching for Relevance website or by contacting us via email or phone, we will coordinate your assessment and also schedule a debrief session to debrief the indexes.
RISING STARS
RISING STARS DEVELOPMENT
Rising Stars™ is an innovative and unique development process that works from the inside out by focusing on four critical elements that promote personal leadership, healthy behaviors, and the skills employers identify as essential. These elements are about developing:
1. Positive Attitudes
2. Interpersonal Skills
3. Goal-Achievement Skills
4. Time-Management Skills
As teenagers look forward to the future, they will undoubtedly experience challenges that are above and beyond anything that Baby Boomers had to contend with. This is due to several factors, including the influence of technology and the globalization of many markets.
Most students are taught to focus on their GPA – which is important; however they must realize that it may just get them in the door. One student I’ve met had quickly discovered what a good GPA really offered when he first entered the workplace… “Everyone who is competing for the position you want has a similar grade point average, or one of you would not have been invited to the interview.”
The ability to do more with less, envision the solutions that no one else can, and lead with excellent interpersonal skills are critical qualities often missing from many business students. In order to succeed in the future, it is imperative that today’s youth are able to differentiate themselves from their competition, and these skills have to be developed in intensive ways.
Over the years, I have had several friends marvel over how teenagers readily interact with me. I treat these teens like “thinking peers” to be mentored rather than “problems” to be controlled. I also listen to them, which is key, and it allows me to connect and get to know who they are.
