CTE facilitates team’s ability to overcome communication problems that so often hold organizations back from achieving the results they desire. In doing so, it can reduce the friction to the organizations growth.
Expert Facilitative Coaching (XFC)
XFC brings together two team members that are experiencing conflict and impacting the team negatively. It facilitates the members to resolve and overcome those conflicts with a more open insight into not only the conflict and it’s Impact on Business (IOB), but also the solutions. It has been shown to help them to rapidly return to effectiveness.
